Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling in any programme offered by Meridian Executive Academy Pte. Ltd. By registering for a course or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
"Meridian Executive Academy," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Meridian Executive Academy Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore with UEN 202612345K. "You" or "Participant" refers to any individual who registers for or attends our programmes.
Registration for all programmes is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a valid purchase order from an approved corporate client. We reserve the right to decline registration at our discretion.
All programme descriptions, schedules, and fees are subject to change. We will notify registered participants of any material changes at least fourteen (14) days in advance.
All course materials, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, case studies, and digital resources, are the intellectual property of Meridian Executive Academy Pte. Ltd. or our licensed partners. These materials are provided solely for your personal educational use and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our express written consent.
Participants may not record video or audio of sessions without prior written permission from both the instructor and Meridian Executive Academy.
We are committed to providing a respectful, inclusive learning environment. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a programme without refund for behaviour that is disruptive, discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise detrimental to the learning environment.
Our courses are designed for educational and professional development purposes only. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, promotion, or professional advancement.
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific programme in question.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your participation in our programmes or use of our website.
We shall not be liable for failure to perform our obligations if such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemic, government restrictions, or technical failures. In such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the affected programme or provide equivalent digital access.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
